个人简介:
教授,博士生导师(学术博导、工程博导),本科、硕士毕业于太阳成tyc7111cc,博士毕业于东南大学。现任太阳成tyc7111cc微tyc7111cc太阳成集团副院长,安徽省MEMS工程技术研究中心主任,太阳成tyc7111cc电子信息专业学位委员会委员。
在Microsystems & Nanoengineering、IEEE Sensors Journal、IEEE Electron Device Letters、IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices、Sensors & Actuators以及《真空科学与技术学报》、《中国机械工程》等国内外核心期刊发表论文100余篇,获授权发明专利30余项,获省部级科技奖一等奖1项,二等奖1项。相关研究成果被编著于微米纳米系列丛书《微米纳米器件测试技术》和国际著名出版机构Springer出版的《Micro Electro Mechanical Systems》。是《传感技术学报》、《仪表技术与传感器》和《半导体光电》等期刊编委,是多个序列国家级/省部级项目评审专家。

MEMS传感器与微纳系统的设计制造、封装测试与可靠性,多传感器模块集成与信息融合技术,宽禁带半导体技术等
